Me neither, I just see what appears to be a circulated 2003 dime.

His forehead has a huge amount of doubling, right down to the nose!

BTW - you really can not resist a thread about potential dime errors :)

Are you sure that is not simply a scratch that happens to parallel Roosevelt's forehead (until it reaches his nose, where it heads off in a different direction)?

How about the eye brow? BTW - this might be one of those Denver Proofs that were reported to be coming out..

Has anyone seen a dime with what appears to be a small bit attached to the reverse of it. I found it in circulation. I'm not quite sure what to make of it. Check out the pic's.

Yep. I've seen a couple of those posted. Cufflinks, I believe.

The only errors I keep are the major ones that can be easily seen with the naked eye. Coins with the slightest hint of doubling aren't worth the effort trying to find someone to sell it to, so I don't keep them. The only errors I look for are Wam's, Cam's, and obvious double dies like the 1955 penny.

And why would you attach a cuff link to a dime and put it into circulation? It makes no sense to me.

Well it's a dime, and if you think something is wrong with it that's your error.
