Love the portrait. Great coin addition little bro.

You (and others) have shown coins that just make me hungry to get one for myself. This will be one of them. But, in the meantime, I landed a Pontos coin of my own. It pales in comparison to the ones you and TIF have shown. However, it was one of these you posted that made me want one. I'm still waiting it's arrival, so these are the sellers images:
    AMISOS, PONTOS 3.jpg
    AMISOS, PONTOS AE 21
OBVERSE: Gorgonian head facing on shield
REVERSE: AMI-SOU to left and right of Nike advancing right, holding palm over shoulder; ME monogram to left, VTE monogram to right
    Struck at Amisos 80 BC
    21mm
    SNG BMC 1190

Oh, how rude of me ... while you're all trying to figure-out if there is a six-letter word, "please" post (or re-post) any of your super cool Pontos coins ... or coins with "bashliks" ... ummm, or cool coins with bow-n-quiver!!

    cheers, gang

I don't care. As long as he keeps his pants on. Today's actors have a habit of taking them off......

I've always thought the hats were interesting (bashliks...didn't know what they were called). I looked for a picture of some being worn, here are some first world war soldiers (Russian or Turkish...not known) wearing some
