1995-P Washington DDO,Mechanical Doubling?

    Thank you. I appreciate your opinion,that's what I thought but as I said I do not collect errors but I thought this was worth getting some advice from someone with more experience in this area than I.

    Mechanical Doubling without a doubt.

    "Had" the coin been found while it was still in gem condition, it may have gotten a small premium since, as stated, it looks pretty cool.

    However, since it has seen its share of circulation and is pretty beaten up, I just could not believe that anybody would seriously pay a premium for the coin BUT, it still looks pretty cool.

    I'd keep it until I got tired of it then I'd just throw it into the change bag.

    Yeah you are right, I know it does not carry a premium but wanted to get some other opinions and now I have them! Thanks to all for sharing your time and expertise!
