I see some steps on this 1962 nickel, but would like to know from you experts if you think it is indeed one. Thanks in advance.

    bdunnse Who dat?

There are disruptions in the lower steps so I would say not full steps. Or perhaps 2 out of 5 full steps, at most.

No, to be considered full steps you need to have at least 5 complete uninterrupted (fully defined) steps.
