LinkBack Thread Tools Rate Thread Display Modes 10-02-2005, 09:03 AM   #1 (permalink) puterguy53 Junior Member   Join Date: Oct 2005 Posts: 1 Kennedy Half Error I have a 1974 Kennedy half dollar that is about 50% off center and has an indented head side and an raised head on the other side. I think I read that another coin stuck before this type error and caused the two head error. Anyone have any idea what this maybe worth? This error occurs when a coin remains in the striking chamber and a fresh planchet is fed on top of it. In your case, the planchet was only halfway in the striking chamber.
