Hello everyone, I do need some help, is this a double eyed jefferson nickel? I am new at this and I hope the picture shows up. If you dicide it is a jefferson double eyed nickel I have another picture of the coin I would like for you to see. all comments welcome. I Don't Know How Large Of A Picture I Can Put On, If You Need Larger Ones Let Me Know And I Will Try And See If I Can Get Them To You. I Think This Is A 1943 Double Eyed Jefferson With A Double S Mm Over A P Mm. I Am New To This And Trying My Best To Get Good Pictures To Everyone. You should also check the date - the 4 & the 3 should have visible doubling. And there should be doubling in LIBERTY. If those are both present, then I'd say ya found one As for the over mint mark - I cannot see it in the pics. I Will Try To Put A Better Picture Of The Mint Mark On Tomorrow After The Storms Has Passed. But Isn't It Unusal To Find A Double Eyed With An S Mm? If it is new discovery you'll get the credit.
