Which Coins Are You Collecting?
Hi All, Please take a moment to list which coins you're collecting. Thanks
-
I collect all the round ones. To list all the round ones would take to long. I've been thinking of starting a collection of the 3 sided coins but so far can't find any.
I collect any coin that someone gives me a free Album for. And then too many that don't even don't have Albums.

Coin Collector
Like Carl, I collect them all. Mostly US coins, but I like ancients and some foreign as well. Plus paper, old mining bonds, or anything that has to do with the transaction of value. I have a serious problem I think

Currently collecting: Indian Head Cents - Circulated Buffalo Nickels - Circulated U.S. Type- Circulated Lincoln Wheat Cents- Circulated Lincoln Memorial Cents – Uncirculated, Satin Finish & Proof State Quarters - Uncirculated, Satin Finish & Proof Jefferson Nickels - Uncirculated, Satin Finish & Proof Hoarding Satin Lincolns, Satin Jefferson Westward Bounds & Satin Quarters -
Ones and Twos
At the present, ones and twos, cents that is, and anything else that catches my eye and that I can't live without. ANA - MSNS - EAC - NLOC
"A penny hit by lightning is worth six cents" Opie Taylor -
I finished up a silver Washington quarter set and I'm now working on Indian Head pennies. But I seem to have, or had, a little of a lot of stuff.

NASCAR and Numismatics
I collect whatever I can find, and whatever I can afford. (the latter is more of a detriment then the former). If I see it, like it, and have enough money for it, it's mine!
Actively working on, well, as active as you can be when you only buy new stuff 3 or so times a year, is silver Roosevelt dimes. I've found all but three of the clads in circulation, now working on the silvers.
Billy Kingsley Member ANA, SPMC Can't really afford to collect coins but I do enjoy reading and talking about them. Still new and mostly clueless! -
Rosa Americanas and Connecticut coppers. Sometimes other things catch my eye, but these are the ones I am working on.
-
I'm currently collecting Papal states coins, focusing on the medieval issues. When the pieces I'm looking for don't come up, I go back to my rather less ordered collection of 16th-17th century European silver/copper.

Coin Collector
Been working on a proof type set the last few years.
I,m down to needing just a few to finish but the prices have me thinking I may stop and go to something new.

Barber Halves
Currently working on a set of Barber half dollars in a Dansco. Finally got the 1915P off eBay and it has not arrived yet. I now have a COMPLETE RUN from 1902 to the last ones in 1915. Looking for the 1901-O and 1901-S. Then the search will be for 1999S and all older back to 1992.
I have 55 coins in the Dansco now.
The 1905P for some reason was a tough one to find in G4.
Trying to find nice G4 or better coins with rims intact.
Have some upgrading to do also as I am not pleased with some of the reverses. I have ended up with 21 extras so far which I may sell to fund this project.
Secondly I am casually putting together a set of Barber dimes in an old Library of Coins album.
Skipping the Barber quarters as the halves and dimes are enough to work on.

Kennedy Halves and Lincoln Cents

The Other Frank
hint:
NOT states quarters.

Wanna be coin collector
Finishing up the stuff I started as a kid. Indians, Lincolns, nickles, dimes, quarters and Morgans. I am now putting everything in Intercept shields. Looking at all the coins I have, picking the best to put in the albums. I like to goi to the coin store, buy off the internet (not EBAY) and lately just getting rolls at the bank and seeing what I can pull out. Another thing that is making all this easier is the Coin Manage program I have. That really helps. That the internet and this forum. Wishi I had these when I was a youngin.
