Krause reports that 1939 was the year a German led faction of Czechs voted the nation to be a part of the 3rd Reich. Perhaps this is a medal struck to mark the event? What is a bit odd, though, is that the inscriptions are partly in Czech (pravda zvitezi, ie. the truth will prevail, and the country name), partly in English (the date, and the Czechoslovakia shall be free again motto). Guess the piece was issued by/for Czechoslovakians in exile, possibly the UK ... You can check it out online by typing the words "Czechlosovakia shall be free again" (with quote marks) in Google. Hope that helps.
