Could someone help me identify these coins?

Hello, I'm Kiera... a few weeks ago we were looking trough my greatgrandmother possesions which included a wood box filled with coins. As I went trough it I found two coins wich I could not identify:

Coin #1:

Appers to be brittish, its silvery in color. I looked up the legend that reads "VICTORIA DEI GRATIA BRITANNIA REG FD." and there is a a face of a woman. On the other side of the coin if I remember correctly the legend that reads is "PRINCE OF WALES HAI SOVN" or something really similar to that (sorry, I don't have the coin with me right now); on that side it appears a crown like figure, with what appears to be a cross at the top, in the center of the crown there are three enlongated curved shapes (try to think in a bean form or kind of a deformed rain drop). Yet I can't find any year on it nor any other sort of number...

Is this an actual coin or just some random token?

Coin #2:

I managed to read up "1/4 the Real Peso" (mexican pesos), yet the year it belongs to it either erased or hidden under a lot of dirt, could someone help me on how to pinpoint the year it was made. The coins appears to be cooper, and for what I found out in my National Bank it could be from 1788 to 1821

Thank you very much, Kiera

Howdy Kiera - Welcome to the Forum !!

Can you post pics of these coins ? It would really be most helpful in helping you to identify them. I suspect your coin 1 is a medal of some sort and not a coin. As for #2 - I'd really need a pic.
