I have been keeping all the 6 steps from these dates, and the 1991, 1995, 1999, and 2001 seems to me to be some of the weakest. Got any suggestions? (The later full step that I have found is a 1989 P, on the latest coins, other than the ones listed above) All the "Denver" series seem to be the strongest so far.
