I am a patriot and believe Benjamin Franklin to be the grandfather of this great country and one of the most remarkable people ever to live. He lived an incredible life as a business man, scientist, inventor, author and statesman among other vocations and avocations. His uniqueness is that his accomplishments are extraordinarily exceptional in so many important areas. Certainly there are geniuses such as Albert Edison that have made huge contributions to this nation; his inventions impact us every day. But rarely do ones contributions extend into so many different areas as Franklins. Discovery of the lightning rod, electricity, bifocals, fire department, University of Pennsylvania and convincing the
French to support a fledgling country's war to win their freedom are only some of the hundreds of his important contributions for which we are all beneficiaries. I always wanted to own something that Benjamin Franklin touched and my dream came true when I purchased a 1794 Benjamin Franklin Press Token issued by his London company. I am now assembling a Franklin Half Dollar collection as a way of saluting someone I consider a great person.

I am a new collector and I am having a hard time locating some of the Franklins, especially those in higher grades. The Wish List below is my focus at the current time. I prefer PCGS registered coins. Any help would be appreciated.
