Mexican pesos

Can anyone give me information about the approximate value of Mexican pesos (good condition) in general from 1933/34?

I went to two dealers and was quoted $3 and $5 each. These do not belong to me, but I am trying to get information for a friend in her 80's.

Pesos of that era were .720 silver with an ASW of .3856 oz , that gives a silver value of $6.75.
Other than that go to ebay and do an advanced search on those specific coins and see what ones in similar condition are going for.
$5 is probably the most what you could expect from dealers who are probably quoting scrap silver price to ya.
BTW, check the 1933s there was an 33/2 overdate that year that looks like it will be worth more.
