need some help on value of old star

A friend just called and said he has a 1934C $10 s/n D01726656*. My books are at home so I cannot look up value or run size. I am guessing condition is between F-VF based on his description.

Can someone please look this note up for me?

Thanks ~ D

Btw: that ending set of numbers look good!

Darryl...

The latest price guide I have for this list it at $25 for fine then jumps to XF at $160... It could range anywhere in between based on who may want it.
In that grade range.. I would say $25 to $65 as a realitive starting place.

Hope this helps.

Thanks RickieB! That is very helpful. I sent Jay a link to the thread so that he would not have to wait for me to get home tonight. Now I will have to go visit his bar and see how much I can get it for.

Thanks again! Darryl

Yep, that one looks better than what I am imaging Jays looks like so it may even be worth closer to the $25 side.

Thanks again!
