2008-P Roosevelt Dime slash on face mushroom gills obv

I have this dime that has a few errors. One is that the dime has a slash on the face obv and around the head of the coin is something that looks like mushroom gills. Has anybody heard of this coin before? i cant seem to find any information about this coin anywhere else. here are some pix:
The dime itself.
Mushroom gills corrosion around the head
Slash on face that looks like it had something to do with the Mint. Its not a bag mark for sure

Please tell me if you know anything. Thank you

Forgive me for saying this, but I don't think either of those are mint made errors. Even if they were actual errors, they are not the type of errors that will make a coin valuable. Honestly both conditions detract from the eye appeal of a coin that is 1 year old and will never be rare.

Did you create the term mushroom gills as it relates to coins, I have never heard it used before. I like it!

No Errors, Post mint damage and the fact that the coin was struck by worn dies (very common) are the culprits on this coin.

Thanks,
Bill
