However, if the color portrayed in the image sis accurate, I believe it will body-bag for artificial color. The first coin looks quite a bit nicer - the images look as if they are from an auction listing. Edited to add: Even if I'm wrong and the second coin grades, I don't think it will be anywhere near MS65. I'd guess between AU58 and MS62. It does not look like an original "gemmy' coin.
