Greetings

Hello Everyone!

Just dropping by to introduce myself, so where do I begin? Well, let’s see…I have been collecting coins now since I was five years old. I guess you can say that my parents got me into coin collecting in that they started a collection for me before my birth. In this regard, they began purchasing the Snow White coins that were issued by Disney in the mid 1980’s. From this humble beginning, my coin collection now includes just about any thing I can get my hands on. Given the case that I am a poor college student, however, limits the financial possibility of what I can afford. Therefore, I always find myself broke after entering a coin shop, or after attending the Long Beach Coin Expo.
In regards to my collection, it consists almost entirely of United States coinage along with a few other miscellaneous pieces that I have picked up along the way. Specifically, I have three almost complete Lincoln Memorial Collections in BU condition (all missing the 1970 small ‘s’), a Wheat Penny Collection (minus the more expensive key dates), and a Indian Head Penny Collection that consists mainly of the later years (1890’s – 1900’s) with very few specimens from the earlier years. Currently, I am in the process of filling in the gaps on my American Eagle Collection, and expanding my Morgan Dollar and Walking Liberty Collection. In conclusion, I’m a coin nut that collects just about anything I can get my hands on.

Thanks everyone.

In regards to what area of Southern California, I reside in a little place known as Anaheim, or as my friends refer to it as "Anaslime" - on account of Disneyland's corruption. *LOL*

Anaheim? As in anti-Yankee land? Welcome to the forum and indeed, please do enjoy collecting.

And I do hope your Angels don't kick our Yankee unmentionables in the days to come....

As far as Anaheim being Anti-Yankee land, well, I’ve gone to the Angels’ Stadium a few times when it was the Angels vs. the Yankees, and I believe there were more Yankee fans there than Angels fans. I don’t know how they did it, but those Yankee fans out cheered us on our own turf. Did all those fans stalk the team or something? Where did they come from?
