I notice if I click on any of the images there that they do not resize, in fact it just goes to the next image which does the same thing.

Can be a problem for those without webhosts if that is where you have to load your images. Also if you want to see the images like I did this evening, currently can forget about it. It doesn't work in FF or IE.

I'M just learning photobucket Web Hosting this week, I have found that the post pictures are limited to 250kbs in ADD Pictures But you can put a Large Picture using photobucket in the Discussion Box .I just did it with a Black Eagle SC Vignette.' see " "What is a Vignette" You do it the same way you would on the PM Forum page.
It seems to me that picture resizing can only be accomplished in Social Groups by this method. Does anyone have a better way ?

I will use my own webhost when I do it, but something needs to give for other members though.

Why don't you just post your Vignette Presentation in the PM main Forum & the Group as I did ? You can post pictures in the group disscussion in the Social Group Disscussion, this way everyone will see your presentation in both forums .

Guys.. Please post all Presentations on the PM Forum....
I know the Albums Area is a little funky... with a host is does not matter the size or resolution.

Once things settle in, it could very well be that some folks are willing and able to do a writeup quite often, while others aren't quite as prolific. Maybe we'll need a signup process other than "ok everybody must do one every cycle".

I've basically finished mine (except for waiting for a couple collateral items in the mail), and look forward to reading everyone's, and writing up my next one. It's a great way to keep our collective heads in the research and education parts of our hobby.

By the way, I plan to do mine as mostly a web presentation, as the restricted layout features of a forum posting a cramping my style.

Dave.. Great suggestion, I like it alot...the idea of everyone presenting a presentation was just the initial start up. Your idea on the way to present is also welcomed...people please feel free to be inventive after all this is a Group effort!
All means of how you want to present is open for you to choose from.

All I ask is that if you would like to present more than once during a cycle, please PM me and we can always work out the dates for you...
Also if anyone would like to assist in scheduling that will coordinate with me, it would be welcomed in the event I had to be away. Please let me know who may be interested in this and and we can chat about it.

The cycle idea again is one that would allow everyone to present and see what all forms the presentations might take.

Great contribution Dave and again, welcome to the Group.

RickieB
