| Hello
My name is Chuck. After living in Atlanta all my life, I moved my family to Greenville, SC three years ago. I have a lot of old coins that I have collected through the years, and am now trying to determine values. Coins fascinate me. My children are so entertained by this that they occasionally toss a couple of coins around in parking lots as we walk to our car to see if I will find them and pick them up. As far as I know, I haven't missed one yet. Finders keepers!
I am a real estate broker/investor in SC and GA. Today someone offered to trade a 1927 S silver dollar (MS65) for one of my less expensive properties(A mobile home and lot priced at $12,000). The coin is valued at $11,000 by NES. While trying to find info about NES, I ran across COINTALK. I'm excited to find you. How do I find the true value of this coin? And since the phone number listed on the NES website is no longer in service, how reliable are they? Any ideas?
Thanks, Chuck
