1909 Indian Head cent

coin is in excellent condition in protective cover, very little fading, all wording is very readable. What's it worth and where to sell it?

Your description is not precise enough to offer a guess on value, nor to provide advice on where to try to sell your coin. If you can provide a picture, we can give you much better information.

My Mood:
Yeah, we really need a picture. You say that "all wording" is very readable...does that include the "Liberty" on the headband? That is what is really important. Coin value is very dependent on condition...and evaluating the condition is a very specific process. So, a picture is really needed.

One thing you could tell me about this coin though, on the reverse below the wreath is there a small "S" like in the picture below:

If there is, your coin is rare and valuable in any condition. If there is not (the space is just blank), it is a very common coin and only worth a few dollars unless in absolutely pristine condition. Again, pictures are needed to truly evaluate the condition.
