It looks like a Cabral-Snow 2004A from the Dallas-Fort Worth Federal Reserve. It also looks like there's a fold?

Face value until you reach Choice Crisp Uncirculated then RETAILS around $50 according to my MARCH 2009 COIN PRICES magazine.

Star notes are a funny thing, When it comes to value! I have several $2 United States notes that are Stars and
Recently sold a few, Though they have a strong appeal.

For those who collect them, Theres not a great demand!
I actually contacted several dealers and was quoted
A very low price one after another!
