I have a free grading for a Proof western Waters(2004-2006) nickel from the PCGS. The problem is I don't have the nickel. It only seems worth it yo me if it were a crossover or a PR70. If anyone has one they want graded If you pay shipping. Or if anyone has a nickel that I could buy or trade I would be glad to do that. Thanks and feel free to pm me.
