| New to CoinTalk
Hello everyone. I am new today on CoinTalk.I live in Toronto Canada. I have been collecting mainly circulated coins for 35 years. My largest collections being Canadian followed closely by American coins. I lived in the U.S.A. for 11 years where I mostly collected American coins. I also collect world coins and am interested in errors. This week I purchased a new Canon A480 camera to get macro, a tripod, and today lighting as I am super interested in taking quality photos of my coins. I have been reading up on taking coin photos which brought me to this site and some great posts on the subject. I need to brush up on grading coins. I also have a QX5 Digital Blue microscope which is great for looking at errors and taking pictures of them. It hooks up to the computer and the pics I take with it go straight to My Pictures. I,m sure I will learn a lot here and look forward to reading all your posts.

Nice having you on the forum!
Photographing coins takes some practice, but it appears you have the equipment.
