Circulated or not?

Hello all, yes i know its my first post... I dont plan to "hit and run" here, coins interest me and such but im thinking about getting rid of my gold.

I do believe this is the right section for this question, if not please move my thread

I have 3x 1oz Krugerrands, 2x 83's and this 77. The 83's were not in a case and they have some scratches on them so that cancels them out of any extra value other than just gold.

These were the best pictures i was able to get for now. Im probably going to take better super macro ones tomorrow with a tripod, timer and some lighting as i have seen posted here is the best way to get some good pictures.

Anyhow here are the pictures, the one of the front is the best i could get since the battery's went dead. The little spec above the F was just a fiber from a cloth. You should be able to click on the images to make them larger.

What do you think this one would be considered?

Thanks in advanced!

The krugs only real value is the gold...regardless of condition. They made/make so many of these that everyone just looks at them as bullion.

Regardless, they are nice looking pieces and each coin will fetch right at 1k.

My Mood:
Welcome and I hope you find useful information here.

There is no value to these other than the gold - I have never, and I mean never seen anyone interested in these for numismatic value - there may be somebody who is and that is fine but if I never heard of it and if you want to sell these it would indeed me rare for you to find that someone.
My advice sell them for the gold and get some good collectible U.S. coins.

I think they're cool because of how they were featured prominently in 'Lethal Weapon II' (Or was it III?) as illicit loot belonging to the bad guys....
