The first one looks like a small date. The second one looks like a large date. BUT, the third one has a look all it's own. What am I missing? The 6's, the 9's and the 0's all look different to me. I drew a line under the 0 to show the difference of the 1 in the date to the others. Also, could this be a re-punched mint mark? (set of arrows in the last image).
