My Mood: | World Coin Contest!
Hi guys, I want to see your best world coins. The coin that catches my eye will win a small prize. I like detailed designs, and make sure your picture isn't too tiny or blurry. Good luck!
The prize will be a small silver coin, and a world coin. If I can't choose between two, I'll have two prizes!
Post your pictures here!

This is one of my favorite finds recently from the coin rejection tray at the local bank. I found this coin to be real treasure! |

- Because it is the wrong size (as discussed in your thread about it), your item is almost certainly a fantasy piece, not a coin, despite it's similar appearance to Y#39, an RS127 (1908) Siamese silver baht.

Great contest idea as some of my favorite coins are world coins. I have posted a 1981 1/4 oz from Mexico. It's listed as KM-487 and it's 23mm across which is just a tad below a US quarter size. Contains 8.6 grams of .900 gold, it's a beauty and it's topped off with an incused edge. thx for the contest!!
