Jefferson Nickels from the (Lehigh Collection) Registry quality

As I continue to upgrade my NGC Registry set I am left with duplicates which are now for sale. Free Shipping on every coin! Larger photos available upon request. Please PM me if you are interested or want to make an offer.

1) Jefferson Nickel 1938-D NGC MS67: $80

This is a clean and very attractive example of this first year issue coin. Bright gold toning covers both sides of this very lustrous premium gem.

2) Jefferson Nickel 1939 Rev of 40 NGC MS67: $150 or Best Offer

A nicely golden toned example of this conditional rarity. Population 17/0

3) Jefferson Nickel 1939-S Rev of 38 NGC MS66: $90

A very nicely toned example of this rare issue with a population of 518/108

4) Jefferson Nickel 1940 NGC MS67 5FS Omaha Bank Hoard: $325 or Best Offer

This coin is a registry quality coin worth 320 point in the NGC Jefferson Nickel series. In MS67 FS, the 1940 has a meager population of 50/0. The PCGS price guide is $850 and I have price this coin at $20 below my buy price. Feel free to visit the link to the Heritage Auction for this coin.

Heritage's photos give the illusion of a rose patina. The coin is essentially untoned and is deserving of the assigned grade. The slab needs to be polished and there are some scratches and haziness on the plastic.

5) Jefferson Nickel 1941-D NGC MS67 6FS:
$175 (10% discount) Final Price $157.50

Essentially a top pop with 159 and only 1 finer. This is a coin that will suit the strike conscious toning enthusiast.

6) Jefferson Nickel 1943-P NGC MS67: $60

This coin at one point filled the slot in my 3rd ranked NGC war nickel set.
This coin is as cool as the ice blue toning found on both the obverse and reverse. Excellent surfaces and blazing luster along with the toning provide an eye appealing experience that will have you seeing stars even if NGC decided not to place one on the holder.

7) Jefferson Nickel 1943-P NGC MS67: $50

This coin also at one point filled the slot in my 3rd ranked set.
Great surfaces are covered in patchwork toning of orange, light blue, grass green, and yellow on both sides

8) Jefferson Nickel 1943-D NGC MS66:
$50

For toning freaks only. A crazy pattern of yellow, lime green, orange, and raspberry red on the obverse with mottled rainbow toning on the reverse.

9) Jefferson Nickel 1943-S NGC MS67: $50

There is no way around it; this is not a coin high in eye appeal. The entire coin is bathed in a thick tan skin with charcoal black peripheral highlights and touches of forest green, violet, and russet. However it is clean enough to warrant the MS67 grade. A registry quality coin at a wholesale price.

10) Jefferson Nickel 1945-D PCGS MS66: $40

Unusual to find a toned example from the Omaha Band Hoard, and this one is very pretty and extremely lustrous.

11) Jefferson Nickel 1949-D NGC MS66: $50

A gorgeously toned example with intermingled mint green, violet, and almond patina on both sides.
