| Question about 19th century bank notes
Does anyone know where one could find a picture of a 1830s+ 10 dollar note from a bank in New Orelans. I have always heard that the reason they call the south dixie is that duirng the bank crises in 1837 a bank in new orelans did not go busto and everyone wanted one of there ten dollar bills, and That is where Dixie comes from. I also would really like one if anyone knows where to get them.
