Yesterday I was showing my collection to my advisor and his wife, and sure enough, the german states coins made an impression

The early German States coinage had very nice designs. They are quite eye catching. The coin posted here is a very hard one to find in any grade above xf. It is a Half Taler. I think most members on here will know the story behind the boat thats on the coin.
