Hey, I just registered here all because I found this coin that is rather remarkable. I found what I think may be a 1992 quarter but where the second 9 would be is a hole. It is a perfect circle only obscuring the third number. If you have any idea what could have happened: ie. minting error? even a BB gun? Please let me know.
