Jim, sounds like a similar system to what we're doing here. We can look into the charity idea, I am sure there are 1001 ways we can use the system to engage members on many different levels.

I like the system, even somehow I am at minus 2, I am just getting into this coin hobby. So sometimes I am here reading and don't have a lot of useful information to post. But it is a pretty neat ideal. Thanks for explaining this.

Peter, it seems like credits are lost when one sends a PM.

That seems backwards of "activity" -- just wondering

I started with Support and Feedback which sent me to Search rather than a simple Link or explanation about credits. From Search I went to a post about the same question which was answered by go to Support and Feedback.
I just spent a lot of time trying to figure this one out. Why not just make a Link to the answer when something like this comes up rather than telling people to go search for yourself. Why answer at all?

I agree, they should define this in a thread and lock it at the top of support or the FAQ page.

Works for me.
But is it working correctly?
When I first noticed them I had 66.
One post later (this one), I've got 75.
At that rate I'll soon rule the world (except for those who post more than I).

I think it seems pretty consistent, You get different amounts for starting a thread, creating an original post, quoting someone and replying etc....

I just looked at my profile, X.3 credits. How do we earn fractions of a credit? Seems most everything so far has been without the decimal.

I wonder if there is some sort of multiplier based on how many posts you have and how long a person has been a member, with a cap at a certain credit value.
