i have a penny i found at my job.it is a 1947D with the wheat stamped over lincoln head and it's backwards. it is also in the shape of a nickle. i have been told it's a fake and that someone pressed it. but here's my ? if it were pressed wouldn't it have flatend lincoln's features or the lettering. there is also a faint imprint of the wheat cent on the back of it. it's allmost invisible. i just want to know if it's worth anything or not.
Is there any way possible you can take a picture of it or scan it?
If you could take a photo it would help a great deal
The other day at the bank they were telling me about a rare coin....a quarter that had a head on both sides...The lady that had it told them it was worth $20,000---I told them my idea but I don't know if it helped..

I found your picture - but it is much too small even when blown up to see what is going on. Try to post additional pics of both sides of the coin. But before you upload them here - crop the picture and increase the size so we can see the coin's details.

Well, something that I don't know was mentioned or not, but the imprint is in fact incuse ( I think that's the word )
It appears to be - but ya can't tell for sure based on that blown up image. I played with the pic too - just can't tell.
We'll see what's goin on if he gets better pics
