My guess is that this coin is not nearly as bad as the photo suggests. Having said that, it is not an uncirculated coin. But IMO, AU & low BU war nickels have the same value (intrinsic).

That was the first thing I thought of - wrong picture. I wasn't putting the link up to say the seller was a crook cause they have 600+ evals, all positive. I just thought it was funny regardless of whether it was a mistake or not. All the other coins recently sold are nice.
