I've attached a scan I did of it. Can you tell me anything about it? Does your coin have a "coin turn" or a "meda turn". In other words, when you flip the coin over top-to-bottm is the reverse oriented the same as the obverse (coin turn) or upsidedown (medal turn)? In the US all coins have coin turn. For the obverse and reverse to be off center in opposite directions (like your coin) the coin would have to have medal turn. The blank did not get centered between the dies before it was struck. Value?
