For now I have nicknamed it the "Polka dot Penny", as I am unable to find another example like it. Any input would be appreciated. Here are the locations of all the raised dots. There are several different kinds of 1982 dates, but we won't get into that right now. Do you have a better close-up of the date. I also,see the resembalance of a die chip near the three which is a minor error ,which I also said before. The mint had problems with forcing the copper to adhere properly to the zinc core of the cent. Gas bubbles where often trapped under the copper plating on zinc cents creating raised areas on the surface of the cents.
