Unhappy found and lost

Have this coin for a year' but only now trying to learn more the sad part is when i took it out to take a photo i put it in my shirt pocket and have now lost it
It was 25mm wide and has shield like henry viii but the bust is more like edward vi or mary
Groat /shilling

A sixpence of Elizabeth I of England. The date is above the shield on the reverse. Looks like 15?3 to me. That missing digit helps determine the reference number and, obviously, the date!
