Here it is... a few pictures I took using a cam and a microscope.. hope you can see them. I'm no expert but I'd say it's a Machine Doubling... Yes? I'm asking because there is a very large DDO on the 1971 that your pictures show intriguing similarities too. I am taking some of the reverse right now. Stand by.. I looked again using the microscope and ONE CENT looks Doubled too. The letters are too large for the microscope but here is a front and reverse view of the same penny.
