welcome to coin talk first of all. 2nd welcome to the world of crazy currency collecting. now to your question. i am going with Fine condition. as far as ebay if you got it for $10-15 i guess you didnt do to bad. i actually picked up these 2 beauts last night on the bay. just over $75 for the pair. these are 1928 B's though. there are plenty of good deals to be had if you know what to look for. educate yourself and find a certain type of note and go from there. check out my sig you can see some of my collections. chicago notes are my main specialty at the moment

Here are the sellers pics: I overpaid for this by about $7, I'll chalk this one up to a learning experience!

you got a nice note regardless of a slight over payment. If your happy with the note, and i certainly would be lol, then you got a good deal no matter how you look at it

By all means I am happy. I had some extra money in my paypal account, and was just browsing through and this was there and I bid and I won. I got another note from a different seller (Lg sized note) that will be shipped tomorrow. I just wanted one, wasn't a lot of money, so I figured what the heck.
