It is dated 1922. The Finns gained independence from Russia only 5 years prior to the minting of this coin. Is this coin silver? It seems to be tarnishing like silver. I don't want to take it out of the sleeve to see if it rings if dropped. What is the value? Aside from that, I got a Finnish 1976 1 Penni out of a cereal box years ago and have kept that too. I have that finland thing, it has the umm gah, what's the cereal characters name... the bear dude ...... Can't think of the cereal brand but yeah... I tried to include the bear in the picture but the picture was too big so I had to shrink it down. They struck about 10 million of them. All I've been able to find locally is the u.s. canada and mexico prices...
