Question 1966Deutches Goldschmiedehaus Hanau

Can anyone Identify this coin or steer me in the right direction?
Any help is greatly apreciated.

That is not a coin but a medal. One side features the Goldsmiths House in Hanau (a city in the German state of Hesse, near Frankfurt). The picturesque building, formerly the city hall, is now an exhibition center. More about it (in English) is here: http://www.hanau.de/stadt/museen/gol...s/index_gb.htm

The other side shows Hanau's sister cities at that time, Neuilly-sur-Seine (FR) and Dartford (GB). Nowadays the city has eight or so sister cities. But I have no idea who made/issued that medal - maybe the local Sparkasse (savings bank)? - and what the occasion may have been ...
