I never noticed the rules hampering anything and I think when that happens the rules have reached and equaliberium amoung the residents in the community. Seems to be a good bunch of people here and I hope it stays that way. Everyone has been very helpful as I venture into a bit different side of collecting, namely error coins. I may not post a whole lot yet, but I plan on hangin' around a while.
