Registration problem

I'm a new forum member. I tried to register first under a different alias and personal email address but never received the required email to complete the registration. So I had to re-register using this current alias and my work email address and was able to complete the second registration because I received that email. I'd prefer to have my previous alias and would also prefer to receive emails via my personal email account rather than using my work account. Could a forum moderator or web administrator contact me via email? I'd like to see what would happen if the forum sent a message to me using both of my email addresses. And maybe we can get my other alias activated and this one deactivated.

The site has just been upgraded, and there have been some bugs. Chances are your first registration fell between the cracks, but all seems to be well now.

Yes, this userid is working but I can't change the email address because the system tells me that my other email address is currently in use by another account - which would be my first attempted registration.
