Here is a picture of when my fiance and I took our first balloon ride. It was a present to her from her father when she graduated college. this was about 7:15 am around the Disney area. This is actually not our balloon, but we went up with a group of 3 balloons. |

Keep the pictures coming guys.
And by the way, this contest will end on the 3rd as I stated earlier, but it may take 2 or 3 days for us to sort out who the top 3 are. And from all the entries we've seen, this will NOT be easy.

This is really me and an old friend.
He used to ride on my bike's handlebars.
And he may have been she.

That is an amazing shot of that blue bird. That's gonna be tough to beat. I'll enter for the fun of it though. Just trying to decide what to submit. Cool idea for a contest. Thanks.

Congrats on the 3,000 posts.
Took this the other day down on a buddies property. The Jeep is sitting on 33's with a 3 inch lift. The water was up to the seat and there were tadpoles swimming in it when we pulled it out, lol. |

Well, not the most beautiful or glamorous but I thought it was kind of neat. I found this last week. I was walking up this stream bed and found this Elm tree that had the ground completely washed out from beneath it. It's a good sized tree, and as you can see, it's completely standing out on it's roots before it juts up at a 90 degree angle.
Thought it was a good, small scale example of the power of water over time and the resilience of plant life.

OMG! That looks EXACTLY like the tree and creek where a freind and I used to play when we were kids. In fact its pretty close to here, and now I want to walk down there and see if it still looks like that. Maybe we're neighbors, lol.
