Hmmmmm. All pictures are of the same coin?
I would give the obverse F-12 based on the first picture, or VF-20 based on the second; but the reverse is EF-40 based on the overall picture and XF-45 (or AU-50 if there is significant luster) based on the closeups.
All assuming genuineness of a coin which probably has more fakes than real examples floating around. (I'm no expert, but I don't see any of the obvious hallmarks of the Chinese version.)

I have no clue as to the authenticity of the coin, but it sure looks polished to me or else it is you pix. The full coin pix are just out of focus, so a grade would just be a guess. I will say AU polished.

Although I cannot see anything that screams fake (counterfeit), I also won't declare whether it is genuine or not! It is just too difficult to do so without the coin in hand! I don't think the coin has been polished but believe that it has been overdipped and has started to retone. Overall, I believe that it has a chance at an AU-53 but if it was dipped, then the grade will likely drop to EF-40'ish.

Assuming it's genuine, it looks to be solid choice AU details. Very very little wear, but likely polished.

Any chance you can get a shot at the edge of the coin? The rim. I would like to see the reeded edge.

I think it's about AU53, dipped and cleaned. The high points are (obv) hair behind Liberty's eye, left breast, left leg; reverse: tops of wings, head of eagle. I see light wear in those areas. The absence of luster in the fields, or any original tone, tells that it's been cleaned/dipped. I also believe it's genuine.
