Time to say goodbye...

After 500 plus posts and a great year on Coin Talk, I feel it is time to move on. Frankly, I need to concentrate on more important priorities (like work, house, etc.) instead of engaging in conversations that seem, sometimes to repeat themselves. Nothing against Peter and this forum, but for me personally, I feel that I am back to the top of the batting order...and my arm (fingers) is spent.

I loved the discussions, but more importantly the educational insight that this forum has provided to me. I will take away from it a vast knowledge and better understanding of the hobby.

So guys and ladies, it has been real, but it is time to let others post and battle it out. I have always spoke my mind and kept my core beliefs intact (no way...really?), but my fun time on the forum has come at the expense of other priorities that could use more attention.

With that said, remember to buy the coin, not the slab. Don't buy the first coin you like at a coin show and always buy quality. If it means that you only get one quality coin versus 50 commons, buy the key date...for commons will always be common.

See ya...Ed
