They are wrapped in plastic - I believe these are brinks rolls? Well, the teller told me that these are not uncirculated...I thought these would be still classified as uncirculated? The definition of an uncirculated coin is one that shows no wear - period. So it doesn't matter if they are in Brinks rolls or not. The armored car companies get new coins from the mint, and old coins from their customers. Each box your bank gets is probably all from the mint or all from customers.
