Lower. That isn't always the case, but it's not overly rare to resubmit those older slabs and get a grade bump. That is why people make a big deal about old "rattler" slabs. They tend to bump up more often than newer slabs.

I see, thanks for the info. I might get an upgrade, but for now I'll leave it. If some of you haven't already noticed, it also has a retained wire strike thru at about 9 o'clock on the obverse, which makes this a really interesting piece.
