I've only tried using one or two applications for coin cataloging and I've found that it's easier just to use an Excel spreadsheet, so even though I haven't used that specific application, I would venture a guess that it's like all the others and say that it's easier and more accurate to use an excel spreadsheet to keep track of your coins and update them as needed manually, it may be more work, but I prefer having accurate prices and determining based on the prices in CoinValues, what I think the coins are worth. I've found that there are more people who are willing to pay you whatever you think the coin is worth, no matter how much or how little it is, than there are people who are willing to pay you more for a coin than you think it's worth should you under price your coins, therefor it is my opinion that a coin is never worth more than what the seller thinks it's worth. Sometimes the buyer may think it's worth less than what the seller thinks it's worth, but even if the buyer thinks he can sell the coin for more than what the seller is selling it for, the buyer will almost never offer to pay more than the asking price, therefor, I prefer to determine what my own coins are worth using my own instict rather than some software, which can never do as good a job at telling you what they are worth as your own instincts. My advice would be to subscribe to CoinValues so you have some ideas as to what the average coin dealer has been selling the coins for based on the data CoinValues recieves and than determine if you think your specific coins are worth more or less than what the price guide has determined. For example, I get a fair amount of "in between" grade coins (i.e. grades not listed in CoinValues, such as MS62), those I sell just under the MS63 rate, but more than the MS60 rate. I also sell coins for more than the value quoted in CoinValues if the coin is very nice for the grade and less than the value quoted in CoinValues if the coin barely makes the grade
