Coin Shops in Guadalajara Mexico

Hi Everyone,

I'm going to Guadalajara Mexico in a couple of days and was wondering if anyone knows any decent coins shops that I can visit while I'm there. I appreciate any information.

Thanks!!!

Your best bet is probably just going by a bank.

I was in Guadalajara a few months ago & checked all the coin shops listed in the yellow pages. None of the local listings answered the phone. I didn't call any that were too far away. I tried to locate one that was on my route via taxi & had no success finding it. We searched the couple blocks where it was supposed to be located. You can visit a bank or your hotel cashier & they will probably be very happy to pick through whatever they have. You may notice that they wrap the coins in short rolls using adhesive tape.

I strongly suggest that you visit a liquor store & purchase some Heradura Tequila. Heradura has an upside-down horseshoe on the label.

Very best regards,
