Question Mexico city 1894 8 reale silver coin real or fake?

I am looking for some advice on coin my uncle found a couple of weeks ago.

The coin had some dirt on it and my uncle assures me that he only used spit and a cloth to clean it.

I have done some research and I know it is a mexican 8 reale assayed in Mexico City in 1894.

I think the small indent between Republica and Mexicana is a chop mark but I am unsure what the other marks are.

I also know there are a lot of fake coins about and I cannot determine if this one is real of fake. It weighs 27g.

All advice welcome
