| 1958-P Washington Quarters with Proof Type "B" & Normal Type "A" Reverses for sale!
I have a roll of (40) Gem Brilliant Uncirculated and Blast White 1958-P (Business Strike) Washington Quarters that I will sell as individual coins or sell intact (i.e. entire roll). There are thirty (30) Quarters with the Proof Type "B" Reverse (CherryPicker's Guide FS-25-1958-901) and ten (10) Quarters with the normal Type "A" Reverse. This roll of Quarters was put away probably the same year that they were minted and at some time soon after, were placed in a plastic tube and sealed. Therefore, they are all Blast White with no toning whatsoever on them. The coins range in grades from MS-64 to about MS-66 with maybe a couple of MS-63's and even MS-67's scattered through the roll. If you already don't know, the 1958-P is a very low mintage date and not only is the Normal Type "A" Reverse coins sleepers, the Proof Type "B" Reverse coins are more so!
For Coin Talk Members, I will sell each individual coin as follows and the prices include the shipping: Normal Type "A" Reverse (Currently 10) - $10 each *** Proof Type "B" Reverse (Currently 30) - $75 each ***
Note: If the coins sell individually, I will be pulling them out of the roll as orders come in, so you may get a MS-64, MS-65, MS-66 or even a MS-67. I will determine the grades to the best of my ability as each coin is pulled for an order and if any coin is an MS-63, then it will be discounted per (***) the note below. I will sell the entire roll of 40 coins for $2,000 and I will still pay the shipping costs. That is a discount of $350 over purchasing them individually! *** If any of the coins sold individually happen to be MS-63's, then I will discount the price down to $8 each for the Normal Reverse coins and $60 each for the Proof Reverse coins.
I can provide pictures upon request! For orders or picture requests, either email me or send me a PM. Below in this post, I have posted two pictures of the entire roll of Quarters. Picture #3 is the Obverse of one of the Quarters, picture #4 is of one of the normal Type "A" Reverse coins, then picture #5 is of one of the Proof Type "B" Reverse coins. This is the maximum amount of pictures that are allowed. Note: The pictures were taken using the flash on my' Camera as I was unable to to take pictures without a yellowish tint with the aid of lamps.
Thanks...Frank
